1.1. This website (referred to as the “Site”) is owned and operated by MOBIL Kuwait (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2. By using this Site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
1.3. These terms may be updated periodically. We reserve the right to modify them at any time, and continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please review them regularly.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. We offer a variety of Mobil Lubricants and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2.2. We strive to display accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site is error-free. If an error is found, we reserve the right to correct it.
2.3. Prices for products are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added during checkout.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

3. Order Process

3.1. Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
3.2. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. However, this does not signify our acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we ship the products to you.
3.3. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment has already been processed.

4. Payment

4.1. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Knet and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
4.2. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If payment is declined or not received, your order will not be processed.
4.3. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order, including taxes, shipping, and other charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We offer shipping within the Kuwait. International shipping is currently not available unless otherwise specified.
5.2. Shipping times are estimates and depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5.3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5.4. The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for products lost or damaged in transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. We accept returns of unopened and unused Mobil automotive lubricants within 14 days of purchase.
6.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 22262229 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
6.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6.4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6.5. Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return due to contamination risks.

7. Product Use and Warranty

7.1. Mobil Lubricants are intended for specific vehicle use. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with your vehicle by referring to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
7.2. We provide a Limited Warranty on Mobil products against defects in material or workmanship. Please visit the Mobil Warranty Page on our Site for specific warranty details.
7.3. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or application of the products. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOBIL Kuwait shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
8.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the products purchased through the Site.
